Your Nutritionist will break down relevant nutrition principles into simple, actionable steps that help you reach your goals. We'll work with you to understand what is most important to you, agree how to track and monitor progress and provide you with the support you need to be successful.

We have experience of supporting hundreds of clients to achieve their weight loss or muscle gain goals, as well as a broad range of experience ourselves in competing in weight class sports.
Our aim is to help you achieve your goals both optimally, and sustainably so you will be able to take the habits and nutrition knowledge you gain from working with us forwards long beyond our coaching relationship (you won't need us forever!).

If you're looking for a tried and tested, scientific fat loss programme tailored to your specific needs - this is it!
You'll get a completely personalised nutrition plan designed to achieve your fat loss goals. and will benefit from weekly check ins and bi-weekly progress reviews with your coach.
We'll agree targets up front and help keep you on track, as well as give you the tools needed to maintain the progress made long beyond the 12 weeks.
Have a competition coming up or a performance goal? Want to understand how to dial in your nutrition to maximise your performance? We'll design a plan and timeline around your training and competition goals. You'll receive at least 1x monthly consultation, as well as weekly check ins. Tools and resources. to help you plan your nutrition while travelling and at the event, we'll support you in testing fuelling strategies and achieving any weight or aesthetic goals you have along the way.
We'll carry out an in depth dietary analysis of your food log, including energy, macronutrient and micronutrient intake, and provide recommendations to you during a Zoom consultation. You will then be provided with a personalised nutrition plan to meet your needs following the consultation.
I am a Sport & Exercise focussed Nutritionist and the owner of The Nutrition Coaching Company.
I have a master's degree in Sport & Exercise Nutrition, and am a registered and insured practitioner with the British Dietetic Association and The Sport & Exercise Nutrition Register. I also have a broad range of sports coaching and strength & conditioning qualifications.
I offer my clients over a decade of coaching experience and my aim with NCC is to make high-quality performance nutrition accessible to everyone, from the general public to professional athletes.
I believe my role as a Nutritionist is to employ well-founded, scientific principles and translate these into simple, practical steps to suit my clients lifestyle.
