Hi, I’m Barney — a performance-focused nutritionist who helps people fuel training, improve body composition, and stay consistent in real life.
I work primarily with people who train regularly - whether that’s lifting, CrossFit, endurance sports, or structured gym training, and feel that their nutrition isn’t quite matching the effort they’re putting in.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based sport and exercise nutrition, but shaped by over a decade of coaching experience working with both everyday gym-goers and competitive athletes. That means less theory for theory’s sake, and more focus on what actually works in practice.
As a SENr-registered nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Sport & Exercise Nutrition, I specialise in translating complex nutrition science into simple, realistic strategies that fit around training, work, family, and social life.
